Ryan joined our Team in 2015 and has been a valuable part of it from day one. For the last decade Ryan has been developing his skills as a Business Development professional. Many know Ryan from his days as a player on the Calgary Stampeders Football Club. His work ethic and team building experiences has been a big part of our growth in serving multi-unit Commercial and Residential Facility and Property managers as the Manager of Commercial Services.

Marja Welton

Business Development Manager

Marja (Mya) joined the RCC North DKI Team in 2012 after spending over 22 years in the insurance industry as an adjuster, Manager and then a Regional Manager. She has and continues to be a strong presence in the insurance industry in Calgary and surrounding area’s. In her off time, she enjoys her family, travelling, golf and helping out the Heart and Stroke Foundation as a Canvasser and previously as an Area Manager.

Bill Moorman

Chief Operating Officer

Bill has over 15 years of insurance claims and restoration industry experience. Since joining the company in 2015, his strong background and industry knowledge accelerated his growth within RCC North DKI progressing from General Manager to COO. Bill serves as a member of the executive leadership team. Bill leads our Project Managers, administration, marketing, operations departments and is responsible for overseeing key vendor relationships.

Dwayne Harpell

Project Manager

Dwayne joined RCC North DKI during its first year in business. He has spent his career in the water damage and disaster restoration industry serving customers with just about any type of insurance claim loss. Dwayne has numerous training certifications with the IICRC and recently successfully completed the Canadian Healthcare Construction Course with C.H.E.S. (Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society).

Robert Forsyth

In-house Safety Officer

Rob joined Rocky Cross Construction (North) Ltd. in 2011. With Rob on the RCCN team, more accidents are being prevented for both employees and sub-trade crews. He has also taken the initiative to educate the Insurance companies to help them better understand why Safety is so important on every job.

Dan Murray

Instructor & Course Administrator

Dan Murray, CR has been a Certified Restorer since 1993 and successfully obtained his Certificate of Environmental Management and Certified Value Builder designations.

For over 30 years he ran Disaster Restoration and Environmental Remediation businesses and did Large CAT losses across North America. Dan’s focus for the last few years has been training and coaching within the Disaster Restoration and Environmental Remediation industry across the USA and Canada.

Art Johnson

Instructor

Art Johnson CR, WLS started in the Restoration industry in1988. He went from a 2-person company to assisting in the growth of one of western Canada’s largest full service restoration company’s. Art has extensive training and experience in all aspects of the restoration industry and is passionate about training and helping others.

Art’s a Water Loss Specialist (WLS), a Certified Restorer (CR), an IICRC Master Restorer and Cleaner and a Certified Value Builder. Art has proudly served on, and, for a time, chaired the Water Loss Institute, co-chaired the Restoration Council, along with serving as the Environmental Chair for the RIA.
