Below is a short video on a home that we fully rebuilt from the foundation up due to a severe residential fire. We used the existing foundation as per the engineer’s direction and built off of that. Once the demolition was done (see some before pictures) we were given the authorization to proceed and completed this total loss residential rebuild in approximately 4 months.
